The whole collection of NIGI jewels consists of strong but well wearing jewels (for example the heavier earring are about 13 grams the couple).
Every piece is equipped with its box and a little certification (cm.3x2). We enclose regular purchase bill; if you need the certified invoice please ask for it in your order.
We can send you the ready jewels in few days by carrier and about a week by mail. When the writing "to order" appears near a jewel, it means we have to produce again that specifical object; it would take also a month; please ask for the waiting time when you make your order.
The prices are comprehensive of Italian taxes. If you leave outside CEE please tell us in your order and we'll explain you how to receive the toll refund (about 15% of the price!).
The prices are not comprehensive of mailing cost: it depends from the weight of the object, from the destination, if you pay to the delivery or at the moment of your order, and so on. A normal cost of expedition can go from €10 to €15. We'll reply to your order specifying the exact mailing costs.

You can pay directly at the home delivery of the box; this service costs about €6 and, if the jewel has already done, we can send it immediately. |

You can pay from your bank to ours (we'll send you all the necessary data in our reply to your order). In this way you spend less but you have to wait for the money transfer before our expedition can occur. |
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
We are sure that when you receive our jewels your satisfaction will be total. Anyway, if you don't think to be content you can send the ordered stuff back; it's your right according to the law D.L. n°50 of 01.15.92. In this case you have to communicate us your will within 10 days from the receiving of the stuff, by registered letter with back receive, addressed to Laboratorio Orafo NIGI di Sangiorgi Stefano, V.Dante 96, 38056 Levico Terme (TN), Italy. Another possibility is to mail us a telegram to the same address or fax to the number 0039-0461-702170. A registered letter with back receive must follow (it must be send within 48 hours); in it you have to reveal your will of avail yourself of the right of recession, specifying the jewel you desire to return and the desired way for having the money back. We'll refund you the only cost of the jewel and not the mailing costs. The refund will occur within 30 days from the receiving of your communication but obviously not earlier from the coming back of the jewel. It must be unbroken, unworn, and must be accompanied with the purchase bill or certified invoice and its box, too.
TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Following the law n°675/96, which protects people or firms from undesirable treatments of personal data, The NIGI firm guarantees the absolutely reserve of the data received from its customers.
HOW TO ORDER
To carry out your purchasing order please fill up the apposite form in every part; pay attention in writing correctly your data because the NIGI firm can't be responsible for inaccurate ones. In few days we'll reply you for confirming the stuff, the real cost of expedition, the eventual data of our bank, etc.
